Orms SPACE Open Exhibit - Cape Town

Orms recently hosted their highly anticipated SPACE Open Exhibition at the Orms Cape Town School of Photography which I believe had an incredible turnout.

Orms paired the SPACE Exhibition with their Orms Cape Town School of Photography Student Exhibition. Unfortunately, I missed the opening night as I was out shooting in the Karoo - but managed to visit the exhibit as soon as I got back.

The theme for submissions was "Spring" and two of my photographs were featured, which for me has been really exciting!

Image #1  was of little Gabriela titled 'Bubbles & Laughter".

It's one of my favourite shots at the moment - it's just so happy!  You can take a look at the rest of the shots from that exact trip on Facebook here.

Image #2  was taken from my collection of Spring Day photos shot in nearby Arderne Gardens titled "Cherry Plum Blossoms".

I managed to capture one of a host of bees enjoying the new blooms bathed in Springtime sunshine. If you haven't visited this public garden yet, it is well worth it and a real hidden gem right here in Claremont. You can find the complete Spring Day album on Facebook as well - feel free to share it around.

All the exhibition works will continue to be on display at Orms Cape Town School of Photography until 19th October 2017. Stop past any weekday between 8 – 5 and have a look. 4th Floor, 62 Roeland Street, Cape Town.

Stay Awesome,
Ken
